RETURN POLICY

GENERAL GUARANTEES
Every product displayed in our website must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement. Before returning you must contact us for an RMA number.

(1) FOR ALL ELECTRONICS AND TELEPHONES

Return Policy (RMA)
We gladly accept returns within 30 days with a Return Authorization Number. You must contact us by fax or Email so that we can issue an RMA number for your returns. You must include the RMA number on the return label of each carton of merchandise you are returning; otherwise the shipment will be refused No Cash Refunds Will Be Issued.

Out-of-Box Defectives
1 Newworldtelnet.com understands how exasperating it is to receive a defective product. Subject to the manufacturer's product return requirements, we will replace defective products returned to us within 30 days of invoice date. Defective products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging and carton with no mark or damage to the carton or warranty. Products must include all components and items originally packaged with the product; including all manuals, documentation, etc.

Order Refusals
All orders that are refused will be charged shipping and insurance fees, and a restocking charge of 15% of the invoice amount.

(2) FOR INTERNET PHONE
1. All internet phone must be free of defects before we ship them out, in case of any defects you must return them within 5 days of receiving the products for replacement.
2. We accept only replacement for all internet phone and no refund.
3. All products must be returned to us in its original condition, with the original sales slip.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that you cannot apply for refunds once you have placed order for all internet phone, except for replacement if found defective, in this case you must verified all the functions before you place an order.
